Location:
Nepean Office Centre is located minutes from downtown Ottawa, on the south of Baseline Road. It is bordered on the east by Woodroffe Ave., and on the west by Constellation Drive overlooking a beautiful backdrop of Ottawa-Carleton parkland.
Access:
There are a number of traffic routes which access Nepean Office Centre. Highway 417, the Queensway, is less than two minutes away, north via Woodroffe Ave. Baseline Road provides an efficient route to the Ottawa International Airport. Located directly beside a key Ottawa-Carleton transit system station, Nepean Office Centre is easily accessible by public transit.
Architectural Concept:
